Restoration and repair

Image description

Most sash windows, even those that seem beyond repair, can be restored to their original glory. We remove rotten timber and use completely-bonding epoxy resin to fill in holes and imperfections. If the sill is irreparable, we replace the sill with hardwood. We replace damaged beads and sash cords. We remove the sashes and strip them back to the timber; we can also replace any damaged glazing. We sand, prime, and paint the timber, bringing your sash windows back to first class condition. Our repairs are durable, giving you pleasure and peace of mind for years to come.
